New actions display Idea

So thinking and talking to some people most play on phons, and since not everyone runs 16in Mobile phone screens, the actions bar once loaded fills half ur mobile screen makin it a hard t message and such, My idea was to create a facebook messager style action pop up when there ready u get alittle bubble on the side of the screen instead of a full layer of ur screen takin u bye something u cant turn off.
