It would be nice if boost % was listed in the Honor Points shop. So we know the worth of what we are questing for.
Like: "Crafter- improves quality of crafted items by 2%" OR "Builder II- improves your construction share by 4%"

Saying that, we have no idea what the base numbers are to begin with so it would mean about as much as it does now.

Not exactly. I mean if you managed to get +10% then regardless of the base stats you'd still know it was 10% better than average which would actually count for something.
